LWA Studio
|
Studio LWA is an image creation workshop. Mat and Guillaume Letellier are a long-standing duo, being brothers. Through their individual influences and esthetic ideas, they know how to compose a visual universe with a style that is both retro and undoubtedly contemporary, with an anglo-saxon touch. Their work allows their clients to communicate in novel ways. The studio began in England in 2006, where Mat was an independent artistic director for several years. Caught between a plate of fish & chips and haggis, Mat created Studio LWA. Guillaume was then working in Paris on urban environmental three-dimensional models, using cutting-edge technology (3D laser) for The National Geographic Institute. He also worked with several large groups in managing projects in |
communication, architectural engineering (Paris Airports) and finance (AXA Private Equity). After meeting and working with a multitude of clients, studio LWA moved to the gates of Paris, to a neighborhood of artistic professionals in Pantin. Guillaume quickly joined the studio as a partner to work on film projects. He thus made a short anticipatory film as well as a first short documentary film. Aiming for the starkest contrast, the studio has always particularly loved working with the oxymoron. Passionate about cinema, they have always had the latest science fiction film in their heads and were inspired by these worlds when making their first short film. LWA was involved in the cultural sector from the start, doing widely-recognized work for the |
communication of events taking place at Le Grand Palais. The studio is made up of a group of graphic artists, photographers and film-makers. Whether for a logo, a film, an installation or a poster for the communication of an event, the studio is everywhere an image might be.
